At I-Trust, our distributors are our most important asset,
and we reward them with the most generous Compensation plan in Direct Selling.
The first step is simple: Become a Bronze Distributor and
then help others to do the same.
The rest of the plan will take care of itself.
As you review the following 6 ways to earn income through
I-Trust’s compensation plan, keep in mind that the Automatic Payment program is
required to assure repetitive commissions and residual income
Direct Sales Commissions allow you to earn from 30 to 80% of the total commission on the
transactions you originate in our Equipment or Working Capital divisions: Make
Money on: Equipment Lease, Merchant Processing or a Merchant Cash Advance.
Team Overrides
compensate you for training and coaching your team. You keep the difference
between your commission contract and theirs.
Qualified distributors, enrolled in our I-Tell products and
Automatic Payment may participate in our Bronze Builder Bonus. Each time one of your personally sponsored
distributors reaches the rank of Bronze Distributor, the foundation for a
successful I-Trust business, you earn a $50 Bronze Builder Bonus.
Team Commissions are
the fundamental building block of the I-Trust compensation plan. As a new
distributor, your focus will be on creating retail and preferred customers, as
well as building an organization of distributors.
The team commissions’ portion of our plan is binary. Binary
means that you will be placed in one of two legs (right or left) in your
sponsor’s organization. You will then be compensated based on successfully
building two legs of your own. Your sponsor (or anyone else in your upline) may
also place people in your organization. As your group begins to grow, you are
entitled to team commissions based on the total volume generated in your lesser
leg.
Calculating team commissions: If you and your two personally
sponsored distributors are active with an I-TELL signature product, you qualify
for up to 10% in team commissions.*
Team commissions are earned on your lesser volume leg and
begin with your first sale after qualifying. You will make $5.00 per I-TELL
customer that execute a payment on your lesser leg each week. Any unpaid team
volume carries over to the following week, as long as you remain active. A
minimum of $100.00 accumulated is required for team commissions to be paid.
Team commissions are limited to $2,300 per week, per business center.
Leadership Pools
We have reserved 10% of total company Profits for our elite
group of I-Trust Executives. As a qualified Executive: Gold, Platinum or
Titanium you earn a position on the respective leadership pools sharing 4%, 3%
and 3% of the companies profits with the other leaders in that pool.
Multiple Business Centers
As your I-Trust business grows, you can potentially have a
total of four business centers (initial center plus three additional centers),
with each potentially earning $2,300 per week in team commissions. You are
awarded your second business center at the moment you maximize your first, and
your third business center once you maximize your second and so on.
FAQ
What is the definition of “Active”?
To be considered “Active,” you must be a customer enrolled
in one of our I-TELL products and in the Automatic Payment program.
What is the definition of “Qualified”?
To be Qualified, you must have at least one personally
enrolled and Active distributor on both your left and right legs. You must be
Qualified to earn commissions.
If I go “inactive” by not ordering product, what happens to
my volume and my organization?
All accumulated Group Volume will be reset to zero; however,
once you reactivate with a product purchase, you will once again begin to
accumulate Group Volume as products are purchased in your downline
organization. You will not lose your organization by going inactive.
Why am I considered Active for a four-week period rather
than for an entire month?
Because we pay commissions weekly (as opposed to monthly),
our definition of “Active” is a four-week rolling period (instead of an entire
month).
Are all commissions and bonuses paid on a weekly basis?
Yes. However, they are paid 20 days after the commission
period ends.
For commission and volume purposes, when does the week begin
and when does the week end?
Our commission week starts on Saturday at 12:01 a.m. (EST)
and ends on the following Friday night at exactly 12:00 midnight (EST).
Once I've earned commissions, when can I expect to be paid?
The commission week ends on Friday night at exactly midnight
(EST). Any earned commissions will be paid 20 days later, on the forth Monday
after the end of your commission week, by approximately 6 p.m. (EST), to your
personalized I-Trust cash card. However, the first time commissions are earned,
we must process your personalized I-Trust cash card; it takes approximately
7–10 business days after the end of the commission period to receive your
card in the mail.
What is a retail customer?
A retail customer is someone who purchases I-Trust products
at the retail price from an existing distributor. A retail customer is not a
distributor.
What is a preferred customer?
A preferred customer receives a 5% discount on the retail
price of I-TELL products for each customer he/she refers to a I-Trust distributor.
Preferred customers are not distributors but are benefited for helping
expanding I-Trust.
